Goal

To lose fat and become lean was my initial goal, now I'd like to build muscle once I'm lean. To be stronger and more secure in my body.

Testimonial

I've lost 6lbs, but I've lost several inches and the body composition changes are more drastic than the weight I've lost. I think its a great program, its only been eight weeks and I've never seen my stomach this lean and I feel amazing. Ive set at least one new PR and Im feeling great about myself. Coach Kelsie is super motivating, the group is always helpful and motivating and I can't wait to see where this program takes me.
