I wanted to lose a few pounds to see how my performance in the gym would change. I also have a 20th anniversary trip planned for April and I want to look my best!
I have lost 10 pounds since starting the program. I specifically wanted to see if losing weight would improve my gymnastic performance in CrossFit. So far I have been extremely pleased with the way I feel during workouts. I still have plenty of energy but can tell how the weight loss is making movements easier.
I had experience with cutting and tracking macros but it was based on a template and then the second time with an app. I wanted the personal connection so I would get specific information based on my needs. I love working with my coach! She is supportive, timely, relatable (we use the same programming!) and makes decisions based on my input to her. I am so happy I committed to using a coach, and am even considering completing the WAG nutrition training myself because I have had such a great experience!
