Goal

My goal was to lean out and improve my gym performance. I've lost about 26 pounds so far, but currently not trying to lose weight, even though I am. Currently training for a competition in November that requires performance over weight loss.

I feel like every few months would go back to the WAG website to look at it and decide not to do it. "It's expensive. It probably won't work. It takes a lot of time and effort." All the usual excuses. Then one day I just thought "It's only 3 months. What I'm currently doing isn't working. I wasn't getting better in the gym and really it was the opposite, so why not?"

Honestly, the first few weeks are hard and it does take a lot of effort, but then again most things that you work for are worth it. I loved my coach's guidance each week to help make better decisions that were geared toward my goals. I feel like for the first time in my life I have a healthy relationship with food. I've lost A LOT of weight over the last 10 years and the last 5 months with WAG have been the most manageable. I'm stronger and faster and weigh 26 pounds less.

I love WAG! I love it so much I'm doing the WAG certification so I can help others succeed in reaching their goals!
