Before joining WAG, I was spending countless hours in the gym and getting so frustrated with the lack of progress that I was seeing. By joining WAG, my goal was to simply learn how to properly fuel my body, but had no idea how to figure out what I needed to do differently.
My goal when joining WAG was to lose weight. My entire life I have been extremely self conscious about my mid section, as it is where I carry most of my extra weight, and it was a main goal to shed that extra weight.
Honestly, it is hard for me to find words to express how much I love WAG! Through my journey on the team, I have seen myself accomplish goals that I have been working on for years (hello bar muscle ups!), grown not just physically, but mentally stronger, and gained an entire online family. Having a love for nutrition, I thought I was doing a pretty good job of fueling my body before starting and just couldn't figure out what I was missing. Upon being introduced to my coach, I was immediately shocked with the knowledge that she had to share and how she seemed to read my mind, and body, and knew exactly what I needed. Within my first few weeks on WAG, I was seeing decline on the scale, hitting PR's in the gym, and, to my surprise, was completely full and satisfied with the amount of food I able to eat. When I started WAG, I thought I would just give it a shot and see how it went. Looking back, it was the best decision I have yet to make in my fitness journey. The amount of support from coaches and fellow WAGers is truly incredible and second to none. The knowledge base of WAG coaches, coupled with an amazing online platform, and staff who actually care about you achieving your goals, is something that similar nutrition programs cannot provide (trust me, I've tried them) and what sets WAG far above the rest. Trust me, trust the process, and trust that Working Against Gravity is the best of the best.
