My goal was to shred fat and learn proper nutrition planning.

I started the program weighing 211 lbs at 16% body fat. I am down to 197 lbs at 10% body fat. My goal was to shred fat and then shift to building muscle mass.


I am finding good success with the WAG program. The macro tracking was much needed as I put in the time at the gym but never evaluated my diet. After two months of work, I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life at 37. It is eye-opening to see how my body reacted in such a short amount of time. I like being consistent with macros and seeing my evolution.
