  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled and cooled
  • 52g hummus
  • 5g mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped chives & paprika for garnish
Hummus Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a great source of protein, often they can come loaded with extra fat thanks to lots of mayo. In our version, we swap the mayo for some store-bought hummus that cuts the fat without compromising creaminess.


  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and add them to a bowl along with the hummus, mustard, and pinch of salt. Stir the mixture until smooth, adjusting mustard and salt levels to your taste. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the center of each egg white. Top with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives.

Like it spicy? Try adding a few dashes of hot sauce to your yolk mixture!
