  • 50g frozen berries
  • 40g granola
  • 18g walnuts
High Protein Yogurt Bowl

I love a breakfast for weekdays when I don’t have time to cook or simply don’t want to cook. It’s also perfect for travel when you are limited on appliances and refrigerator space (hello hotel living!)

This recipe is on our 2000 calorie meal plan and I just tweak it based on what fresh or frozen fruit I have on hand, or what kind of granola I made that week.

Store bought granola works perfectly well, I just like to make my own to save money and control the ingredients. For this bowl, I used this homemade granola I had on hand. 


  1. Add yogurt to a bowl and stir protein powder into yogurt.
  2. Top with berries, granola and walnuts.
  3. Note: I like to microwave my frozen berries for 30 seconds to give them a more jammy texture.
