- Combine pancake mix with 1/3 cup of water. Mix until smooth.
- Pour 12 grams of mix into waffle maker.
- Add 17 grams of Canadian bacon on top of waffle mix.
- Pour 12 grams of pancake mix on top of Canadian bacon.
- Leave in griddle until waffle is crispy!
