- 150g mushrooms
- 10g goats cheese
- Egg whites to fill (varies - I used 125g for 6)size of mushroom cups 125g used)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Today’s recipe is simple, delicious and packed full of goodness.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Remove stems from mushrooms and carefully press goats cheese lightly into the mushroom cup.
- Place mushrooms into oven proof safe dish. Carefully fill each mushroom with egg white. Season with salt and pepper.Bake until egg is set and mushrooms are juicy and soft.
These are very macro-friendly and extremely tasty!
