Goal

My goal in joining WAG Nutrition was to lose some weight and feel better. So far I have lost 15 lbs!

The WAG program FAR exceeded my expectations. My coach, Pam, is so knowledgeable, caring, and overall an amazing coach. When I first started I was miserable, tired, and stuck in a rut. Over the months I’ve been working with her, she has helped me turn my life around.

I have increased my one rep maxes in the gym, been able to complete WODS that I would not have been able to do before, and my confidence in myself and my abilities has reached levels that I have never had in my entire life. I grew from total misery and depression to loving the process of learning new habits and feeling comfortable in my skin.

I love it so much that I didn’t even realize that I had hit my weight goal. I went from being obsessed with the scale to loving what my body could do. Pam actually had to remind me that I had hit my weight goal! She teaches me new things every week and reminds me to be gentle and kind to myself and has refocused my attention on the joys that life has to offer.

You can almost see the difference in my overall attitude from the first picture to the latest picture. She has been exactly what I needed and I am forever grateful.
