Feel better about my body, gain confidence, come back from an injury, get back into CrossFit, learn how to eat with a purpose, I felt lost and didn’t know where to turn for help anymore. I've been with WAG for 1 year 3 months now and 25 pounds down (probably more)!
I can’t say enough good things about WAG and Coach Kate. You have brought a new light and life to working out and eating. I knew it gave me joy, but now tenfold. I have so much more energy, doing things in the gym i never thought I could, receiving so many compliments, so much more confidence in myself in all aspects of my life, wearing the best crop tops ha. Forever grateful for taking the leap. It has been life-changing and has instilled habits that I will carry throughout my life.
And most of all, I’ve stopped comparing myself. I love who I am, and my only competition is who I was yesterday. #teamWAG ❤️
