My goal when I started was to for once look the part of a Crossfit coach. I always knew I was fit but I wanted to also look the part whilst gaining strength and losing fat to be able to move a bit better on my gymnastic movements.
I am absolutely amazed by the results I've seen in the last 9 weeks of joining WAG. Not only do I finally get to eat ALL my favourite foods (and more), but I'm eating more than I have in years! It just takes a little bit of planning but that has become easy now!
The support I have received from my coach, Kate, has been amazing. The first few weeks are very confusing and also a bit scary trying to trust the program but she was so supportive, kind and patient and I couldn't have asked for more!
I've only been with WAG for 9 weeks and I can honestly say this has been the best decision I have made for my health and fitness. I have seen results faster in the past 9 weeks than I have in the last 3 years of trying to "diet".
I cannot wait to see how I progress in the next few months! Thank you WAG for bringing out the best in me!:)
