Take my fitness performance to the next level while learning how to find that balance between "clean foods" and pizza
I started this program with the goal of taking my fitness to the next level and was sidelined with a major injury and stuck on the couch for over a month. Immediately I thought all hope was lost but my coach Crosby was able to keep me positive and motivated with the program - encouraging me to always focus on what I can control and the rest will fall into place. Now I am back in the gym and stronger and faster than I was before - not only making incredible physical progress but mental as well. I cant thank WAG and Crosby enough for all they have done to get me to where I am today and am SO looking forward to where they take me in the future.
