To be leaner. I want to lose body fat without losing too much muscle. I knew I needed to lose some weight to help with gymnastics movements.
When I found out that there was an opportunity to join WAG I was a little hesitant due to the cost and not being sure if I would be able to be consistent and stick with it for the three months. After a few weeks I started to lose weight and body weight movements were starting to get easier. That’s when I realized joining WAG was the best decision for me to reach my health and fitness goals. It has helped me out a lot being held accountable by my coach Kate. She has helped me a lot throughout these last few months and because of her help I have exceed my expectations for what I thought I could do not only with my weight loss goals but in the gym as well.
