See changes in body composition while gaining a healthier relationship with eating
To be very honest, I was hesitant to sign up for WAG because I didn't feel like I was worth the investment. My husband has been through the program and has had great success. It was with his persuasion that I eventually signed up.
As a person who enjoys being "in control" of myself, I was out of control when it came to eating. I had a dysfunctional relationship with food; skipping meals, eating very little all day and then using it as a reward system and stress reliever. I worked out 5 days per week but saw very little changes to body composition.
From the very beginning I got hooked on hitting my numbers with MyFitness Pal. I wanted to see what foods I could fit in to my macros right on target. The accountant side of my brain went crazy over the numbers game. I LOVE tracking my food!
WAG has given me the knowledge that I need to make a lifestyle out of flex dieting. I love that I have the ability to set goals and change my macros accordingly.
