I have tried paleo, high carb/lowfat,auto-templates,etc and none seemed to stick - every Monday I would have to hit the reset button. After what seemed like a million Mondays, I decided to give WAG a try. I needed the education and more importantly the accountability. I had no problems letting myself down but hate letting others down. With WAG I have learned more about food and how it fuels my body & workouts. Also, learning to not let my own self down!
