My goal wasto lose body fat and gain muscle mass. To have consistent energy levels each day to support my CrossFit training. I initially lost 15 pounds when my goal was to cut body fat. I am now about 20 pounds heavier, as I am in the WAG pregnancy program and 22 weeks pregnant. :-)
I find the WAG program absolutely phenomenal in helping people work towards their nutrition goals. The amount of resources and knowledge we are given, both from the written guide and our coach, has taught me so much.
My coach has been wonderful in working with me on my goals and supporting my intermittent decisions to track and not track as I have transitioned from being a competitive Crossfitter to an expecting momma who has had to slow things down in the gym and learn to listen to her body. She has balanced pushing me to do my best with accepting where I am at. She goes above and beyond in providing me with additional resources to support my learning. Most importantly, her care and compassion comes through in every message.
The WAG program has changed my relationship with food entirely, and I am so thankful to have started two years ago.
