I have been thoroughly enjoying my experience with WAG. I'll be honest, my first check-in with my coach went something like, "I've made a horrible mistake, and this program isn't for me. I can't do this!" Luckily, my coach (Ivette - she's fantastic), wrote back and talked me off that Crazy Ledge. :) She reassured me that she isn't here to judge, and that we can work together to make this a success.
