I have been thoroughly enjoying my experience with WAG.  I'll be honest, my first check-in with my coach went something like, "I've made a horrible mistake, and this program isn't for me.  I can't do this!"  Luckily, my coach (Ivette - she's fantastic), wrote back and talked me off that Crazy Ledge.  :)  She reassured me that she isn't here to judge, and that we can work together to make this a success.  At the time, I don't think I fully believed her, but I figured that I'd paid for it... I might as well give it another shot.  I am SO GLAD I listened to Ivette!  While my weight hasn't changed dramatically, I am noticing a shift in my overall appearance, as well as my fitness/energy levels.  I'm so very excited to see what I can accomplish during the remainder of my time with WAG (and while working with such a great coach).
