Honestly, I should've done this sooner. As someone who works in the coaching field, I thought I could manage my nutrition on my own. But even coaches need coaches. I came from a macros-ish background, was a former competitor, and I’ve always exercised to some degree. If my workouts felt sluggish, I’d just eat more. Simple enough, right? But now I realize how much more I could’ve done to support my performance back then.

Now we’re working on finding maintenance — because, let’s be real, I like the results. Most importantly, I’m proof for my friends and clients that body recomposition can be done without extremes.
