This program has, for the first time in my life, given he the combination of control and flexibility in my diet. Hayden has been a constant source of inspiration, dedication and tough love when necessary. The community aspect of Team Wag is what keeps most of us on track and we feel part of a larger movement. Even though there are a lot of bodybuilders and crossfitters in the group, I believe this program can work for anyone!
