My primary motivation for signing up with WAG was to lose body fat and learn skills I can use for the long-term goal of good health and longevity. So far I am down 15 pounds in 7 months.
WAG and my coach, Jessica Holton, have been amazing! I have learned a tremendous amount since signing up and have been able to make and maintain key changes in my approach to food. I am comfortable asking Jess all sorts of questions on top of sharing my wins and struggles. She has been an incredible support system and resource. The WAG community as a whole has been a constant source of information and inspiration. I highly recommend WAG for anyone wanting to learn and make life changes.
