WAG has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself in a really long time. One of my biggest problems when it comes to nutrition has always been accountability. Fact: I make less than optimal decisions when left to my own demise. WAG has given me the accountability I need to make smart, healthy, and positive nutrition decisions. For me, having someone to report back to week after week is a game changer. I don't want to let myself down by making poor nutrition choices and I sure as heck don't want to let my coach down. We both have too much vested in my progress. I'm honestly amazed everyday by the progress I've made and I know that I wouldn't have progressed this far without the support and guidance from my wonderful coach and the WAG community.
