I wanted to lose body fat, build/maintain strength and physically appear more toned; as in being able to see the muscles I knew I had from strength training.
I’ve lost 14 lbs and 4 inches off my waist and 5 inches off my hips. I couldn’t be happier with WAG. The weekly check ins with my coach are so important to my progress. It not only holds me accountable but every week I learn something new about myself through our open and honest communication. Even when things don’t go as planned, the feedback is positive, but more importantly helpful to learn why it happened with solutions going forward to avoid it in the future. There is NEVER any judgement or shaming. With counting, measuring and weighing my food everyday I ironically now feel freer than I ever have with eating. I have definitely gained a better relationship with food, more respect for how I treat my body and an increase of real self confidence that doesn’t come from HOW I look, but from the work that got me there.
