My overall goal was to get my nutrition in check given my very active lifestyle, both in the gym and at work.
I have found a sustainable baseline weight while eating almost 1,000 calories more (per day) than I had prior to starting with WAG.
I grew up overweight/unhealthy, and once I entered high school I really made it a priority to get my health in check. I did, and because of that, I have always been scared to see the scale increase. My relationship with food has never been what one would deem “healthy,” and I always found myself under-eating as a result.
The WAG program far exceeded my already high expectations for the company. The money you pay, for what you get in return, is unrivaled. The accountability that the coach takes on to make sure your program is the best fit for YOU, is exceptional. While he has the title of “coach,” I feel like Doug (my coach) is more than that. We don’t JUST talk about dieting; we share common interests in music, sports, etc. When I message/text him I feel like it is to a friend rather than a business partner. Doug/WAG has changed my relationship with food sevenfold. I am no longer finding myself binge eating or needing a “cheat meal” of any kind.
