Drop body fat without losing strength. I'm a mom of 3, but refuse to accept the 'mom-bod'. I work really hard in the gym 5 days a week and wanted my body to reflect that effort.
I absolutely love the program. A good friend pulled me aside and said, "I'm so sick of watching you lick an apple and call it dinner." Losing weight wasn't the problem, that happened as long as I stayed consistent, regardless of the food baby I went to bed with every night. My coach not only helped me to chisel my gains, but love myself. Sometimes the scale doesn't move, but that doesn't mean that your body isn't changing. Having the pictures, week after week, to compare has been huge for me. 10lbs on the scale, and at this point 7lbs, doesn't really seem like a huge change, but it's the body composition that matters. In the year that I have been with WAG I have learned so much, it's not just about dropping pounds, it's about learning to love yourself.
