When I started WAG I weighed 138.2lbs 28% body fat and now currently down to 124.8lbs 18.7% body fat. I started WAG because I have friends that are doing it and I saw their results. Before I started I was already macro counting but I was at a plateau! So there I was lost not sure how to change my numbers. So I signed up and was giving an awesome coach Kate Hart! Just after my first week with WAG I was already seeing results. I've always felt insecure about my body and WAG has helped me feel proud and good about myself! I still struggle with it but I look at my results and I'm so freaking proud of myself!!!
