I wanted to feel better and improve my understanding of nutrition.
While my main goal was to feel better and have better energy, I ended up losing some weight, around a total of 10lbs and 6 inches.
WAG has been amazing. Not only do you get to work with an actual coach, but you also get access to WAG's Knowledge Base, as well as mindfulness exercises. For me, all three of those are key to sustainable change for nutrition as well as life.
My coach, Amy, has helped me navigate things like being successful while eating out and adding meats and dairy back into my diet. She's helped me figure out the best meal and snack timing for me and the best ratio of macros to have for each. Everything has been specific for me and my goals. I do CrossFit 4 to 5 days a week and have a very active lifestyle. I'm feeling so much stronger. I have more endurance and more energy to live my life and do the things I want to do and feel good doing them. This is the fittest I've ever been. I'm looking great too! My body comp is the best it's ever been. I've lost body fat and gained muscle.
Before becoming a WAG member, I felt lost with my nutrition. I knew it was holding me back and that I needed to make some changes if I wanted to feel better. WAG and Amy helped me make those changes and have given me the knowledge and confidence to continue to make positive adjustments going forward.
