  • 4oz liquid egg whites
  • 4oz milk of choice
  • 40g dates
  • 30g cashews
  • 30g spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 20g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 8g cacao nibs or chocolate chips

This mint chocolate chip protein smoothie includes egg whites for an extra protein boost and dates for added sweetness.

Instructions

    Add the egg whites, milk, dates, cashews, spinach and peppermint extract to a blender and blend on high to incorporate for about 30-60 seconds.

    Add in ~1 cup of ice and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.

  3. 3

    Add whey protein and chocolate chips and blend on low to incorporate.
