- 4oz liquid egg whites
- 4oz milk of choice
- 40g dates
- 30g cashews
- 30g spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 20g vanilla whey protein powder
- 8g cacao nibs or chocolate chips
This mint chocolate chip protein smoothie includes egg whites for an extra protein boost and dates for added sweetness.
Note: macros listed are for whole milk used as the milk of choice. Adjust as needed!

Instructions
- Add the egg whites, milk, dates, cashews, spinach and peppermint extract to a blender and blend on high to incorporate for about 30-60 seconds.
- Add in ~1 cup of ice and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
- Add whey protein and chocolate chips and blend on low to incorporate.
