Hot summer days are coming, and this tangy, refreshing, sweet (but not too sweet) high-protein version of Chick-fil-A frosted lemonade hits the spot.
With freshly squeezed lemons, a hint of maple syrup, healthy fats from the coconut cream, and two kinds of protein, you can treat yourself with no regrets. Make a glass (or two) to enjoy by the pool or while reading a good book in your hammock.

Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add everything except the ice and blend on a low to medium setting. You don’t want to whip too much air into the protein powder, but you do want the cottage cheese to become smooth and creamy.
- Add ice and blend on high speed for about 20 seconds. The mixture should be very thick! If not, add more ice.
- Pour into 2 small glasses and garnish with a lemon slice. Drink with a wide straw, or eat with a spoon!
