Healthier Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade

Hot summer days are coming, and this tangy, refreshing, sweet (but not too sweet) high-protein version of Chick-fil-A frosted lemonade hits the spot.

With freshly squeezed lemons, a hint of maple syrup, healthy fats from the coconut cream, and two kinds of protein, you can treat yourself with no regrets. Make a glass (or two) to enjoy by the pool or while reading a good book in your hammock.

  1. In a high-speed blender, add everything except the ice and blend on a low to medium setting. You don’t want to whip too much air into the protein powder, but you do want the cottage cheese to become smooth and creamy.

  2. Add ice and blend on high speed for about 20 seconds. The mixture should be very thick! If not, add more ice.

  3. Pour into 2 small glasses and garnish with a lemon slice. Drink with a wide straw, or eat with a spoon!
