- 200g cauliflower
- 250g egg whites
- 50g back bacon
- 15g mozzarella
- 10g onion
- 100g zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salsa, goats cheese and spices to taste. I used salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion powder.
Volume eating made easy. Today we’re going to create a base with simple ingredients that maximizes both the volume of our food and our macro buck.
- Cook bacon, cauliflower, onion, zucchini and garlic in a pan until warm and soft
- Add egg whites and cook through
- Top with mozzarella and add sides to taste
