This was amazing to see by the end because I was still getting stronger while loosing weight, showing me loss of fat.
I was hesitant at first joining WAG because I wasn't sure with my busy schedule/training I would be able to really track everything, everyday and hold myself accountable but as soon as I joined my coach helped me immediately. I was able to plan ahead on Sundays, meal prepping and pre-logging all food helped a ton. Working Against Gravity gives you the resources you need and more than enough tips/suggestions to make sure your comfortable and confident with tracking and making nutritious choices. I would overall recommend WAG to anyone wanting to make a change and become healthier as well as achieve the body composition their desiring!
