Healthy Matcha Latte

Want a healthy version of your favorite matcha latte? Coach Amy's quick and easy matcha latte recipe has you covered so you can enjoy the calming benefits of matcha to start your day.

Get a dose of healthy fats from the cacao butter, Vitamin E from the Tocos powder and the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric. The dash of black pepper activates the turmeric and the addition of gelatin or collagen packs a protein (and frothiness!) punch to your drink.

Need a matcha recommendation? Coach Amy loves Mizuba Tea Company.

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend at high speed blender, pour and enjoy!

This latte is AMAZING! It is so satisfying and creamy - and I love that I am getting a boost of healthy fats, Tocotrienols and protein! Pro tip: this is soooo easy to make in a Nespresso Aeroccino frother. My favorite tweaks are Almond milk + 2 Tbsp on NutPod Sweet Creme, skip the honey, and an extra scoop of collagen! (Turmeric bothers my throat, so no Turmeric or pepper sadly) Thanks Amy!

Well, I didn't get the flower so pretty, but it sure tasted good! I also tried it with a Masala Chai powder instead of the Matcha; I liked it just as well.
