Harry and Lloyd’s LLC (hereinafter, collectively, “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) has created this privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) for the users of our websites (“you” or “your”) and to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Company as a Service Provider

To extent we process personal information on behalf of a business, we may collect personal information subject to our contractual obligations. When we act as a service provider, we follow the instructions of our business clients on how to process personal information on your behalf. The below provisions of this Privacy Policy do not apply to the personal information that Company processes pursuant to its contractual obligations with businesses.

Children Under the Age of 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Business Change

In the event the Company is acquired or merged into another company, or any other similar business transition, your personal information will be disclosed and transferred to this new entity.  Note that this Privacy Policy may then be amended in accordance with the new company’s business practices.

Revisions

Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you, and Company will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on the Websites as soon as they go into effect. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
