Waffle Grilled Cheese

A grilled cheese sandwich that doesn’t eat up all your macros! Get creative and fill your grilled cheese waffle with avocado and other fillings!

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 21 grams of Velveeta Queso Blanco Slice
  • 28 grams fat-free turkey breast slice
  • 42.5 Roma tomato sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine pancake mix with 1/3 cup of water. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the pancake mix into waffle maker.
  3. Add Velveeta cheese slice, tomato and deli meat on top of the already poured pancake mix.
  4. Pour the remaining half of the pancake mix on top of the Velveeta cheese slice, tomato and deli meat.
  5. Leave in griddle until waffle is crispy!
  6. Enjoy!
