I first heard about WAG through a PODcast -- I think it was Brute Strength, episode 18 - and I really liked the message that Adee was putting out there and the approach she was taking with WAG. It took me a while to decide to sign-up/give it a try, but I'm really glad that I did and super happy with the progress I've seen since I joined. The biggest thing for me has been the accountability and consistency that comes with having a coach, and having someone who can be objective about my nutrition. Since working with WAG I have been able to enjoy foods that I used to avoid, discovered that I do have abs (I used to say they were "shy") and noticed a huge difference in how I feel & in my performance. The community is super welcoming/supportive, its been an amazing 6 weeks so far, and I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
