My goal when joining WAG was to develop and maintain healthy nutrition patterns while studying in my final semester of University where I was writing my Masters dissertation. I have lost nearly 9 kg!
WAG has made a major change in my life. Before starting WAG I had lost almost 15 kg on my own and changed many habits regarding nutrition and fitness, but I found that I lacked the knowledge and support to achieve the many goals I set for myself. When I started my final Master's dissertation I knew I needed help in managing my eating habits while dealing with the stress that comes with study. WAG and my coach have helped me manage my nutrition, fuelling my body to power me through the semester and push myself in my CrossFit adventures.
I have also lost nearly 10 kg along the way. I have learned how to manage my relationship with food in stressful situations and how to fuel my body to support my fitness goals. I am forever grateful to WAG and my coach for helping me create lasting habits, changing my relationship with food and providing a wealth of knowledge.
