I had always been pretty consistent in the gym, but had never really dialed in on nutrition. I wanted to see how much progress I'd gain if I focused on improving eating habits. Besides wanting to lose weight and tone up, I wanted to stop binge eating, as I had a tendency to get out of control with eating at times.
Overall, it's really helped me to understand what, why, and how I'm eating - and that how I feel physically (and emotionally) is a reflection of what I'm putting into my body. In addition, it's helped me curb my binge eating habits. During the times that I've slipped up, I've received encouragement to get right back to tracking. Now that I've reached my goal weight, I'm working to figure out how to maintain and introduce some flexibility into my dieting, which my coach is helping me with. WAG has been the most effective nutrition program I've ever experienced.
