Meg was first introduced to CrossFit in 2010. Over the last 10 years she has used her passion for fitness as a coach, competitor, and affiliate owner, focusing on inspiring others to live healthier, fitter lives. She understands the importance of fueling the body properly, from beginner to advanced athlete. Meg had her first child in 2014 and her second in 2016. Her postpartum journey with WAG forever changed her view on proper nutrition and what the female body is truly capable of. Creating balance and taking a more “flexible” approach with food has had a profound impact on her daily life. Now, she feels better, and is fitter and stronger than ever! She is passionate about giving back, being a positive influence in her community, as well as a strong role model for her daughters.
Meg currently lives in Alexandria, VA with her family. When she isn’t training or coaching others, you can find her in the kitchen creating new recipes and spending time with her husband, two girls, and chocolate lab Bruin.
