Chris was introduced to CrossFit through a 60-Day fitness challenge where he experienced, for the first time in his life, real decrease in body fat and gains in strength. Years later he found himself unhappy with stalled progress and body composition and reached out to Working Against Gravity for help. As a long time client of WAG (Nov 2014), he has experienced an amazing transformation. Chris' training focus is in powerlifting and body building - just seeing what his body is capable of at every turn!
When he isn't training or coaching others, Chris enjoys adventuring and travel, spending time with friends, watching stand-up comedy and relaxing at home in Denver with his dogs, Mötley and Ernie.
