Brooke Whitworth

If you’re looking for Brooke, you won’t find her sitting down! Between running around the emergency department as a registered nurse, doing CrossFit, running up a mountain or playing with her three dogs, Brooke is always ready to go for an adventure.  

Brooke’s naturally muscular body in high school and college left her battling with self-confidence issues, which fueled a hateful relationship with food and an addiction to cardio.

It wasn’t until Brooke started CrossFit in 2013 that she found a community she felt welcome in, one that celebrated each other’s accomplishments. It was then that Brooke realized that being strong as a woman is beautiful. That’s when she turned to WAG to rebuild a healthy relationship with food, learn how to fuel her body for CrossFit and aid in pursuing her dream of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.
