Tara Roberts started her fitness journey when she turned 30. At first, she started with running, completing several half and full marathons. In 2013, she found CrossFit and since then her love for the sport has only grown.
Three years after starting in the sport, Tara got her CrossFit Level 1 training certification and has been coaching ever since. She found a true love for helping athletes see their potential and crush their goals at the gym. That’s why after joining Team WAG in 2017, she realized she wanted to continue to help others in as many ways as she could and made the move to become a WAG nutrition coach.
As a nutrition coach, she hopes to help all her clients gain control of their nutrition—not just in the moment, but for their lifetime, which aligns with her life mantra: Live your best life.
