Sarah Durkee

Growing up in Austin, TX, Sarah led a very active life full of sports and outdoor activities.  In high school she played Volleyball and Softball, but found her love for fitness after being introduced to CrossFit by a friend in 2011.  After moving to Colorado in 2013, Sarah started training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting.  Although she found initial success with Olympic Weightlifting, she realized in order to be competitive she needed help managing her nutrition.  

A long time client of WAG, Sarah found success not only in Olympic Weightlifting, but also in CrossFit.  Sarah is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer in Denver, Colorado, and is Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.  Sarah loves introducing new athletes to CrossFit, and helping them live longer, happier, healthier lives.

In her spare time, Sarah loves to ski, camp, travel, and spend time with her friends.
