Lose weight! I had put on some major pounds over the summer and couldn't lose them like I used to... I needed help. I lost 20 pounds in 6 months!

LIFE CHANGING. My original goal was to lose weight - all my clothes were so tight... Enter coach Amy - I couldn't have found a better coach if I tried. She gave me the perfect guidance and feedback on how to live normally (i.e., socially) while being mindful of how I was fueling my body - I'm down almost 20 pounds, never hungry, and in the best shape of my life. But the program became so much more than just losing weight. WAG has helped me really appreciate the gift of life, of each day, and of those important people that are in it. Its helped me acknowledge gratefulness, focus, mindfulness, being PRESENT, and just slowing things down. Even when hit with insane deadlines or asks, I feel a sense of calmness that was never there before. I can find the positive in every situation. I feel so fortunate to have Amy and the rest of the WAG community in my life.
