My initial goal was to lose 100 pounds first. Since then i have reached my initial goal and more, now i'm at 224 (102 lbs lost).
At 47 i am smaller than i was when i was 18. I no longer have to take blood pressure pills since it has been steady at 117/64 with 60 bps heart rate for 9 months. I sleep with a CPAP and since my last visit with my doctor they said i can take another sleep test and hopefully stop using it. I have cut more than 4 minutes off my mile run and it is steadily improving, and I'm no longer the last person at the gym to finish workouts. I have a very supporting wife, the best WAG coach in the world (Kelsie Goddard), i go to the best gym in the world (Crossfit Spartanburg) and i love each and everyone of them, but this will only happen when you are ready to make that commitment to yourself. Once you are ready this is the best nutrition program because it not only helps you lose weight but teaches you how to eat, what to look at, and how to plan. I have gone from from a 44 waist in pants to 36, so much to lose and even more to gain.
