I like the weekly check-in format. It is manageable for those of us with very busy schedules or for people who travel a lot for work. In short, you should always have enough time in your week to give a good check-in without hesitation or excuses.
I also had never tried flexible dieting and it really works for me. Everyone is different, and I had tried lots of different types of nutrition or lifestyle choices, like paleo or whole 30. WAG is the first one to address what was the biggest issue for me, consistently with the volume of food I was eating. Now I have the body composition I had back in my college wrestling days (without the crazy weight cuts) which I never imagined could happen.
