Lose weight, improve my training in CrossFit to start competing, be more confident and comfortable in my own body, and develop a better relationship with food. I've lost 20 pounds so far!

The WAG program has changed my life! It has given me the tools and support system I needed to take control of my life again, I have a way better relationship with food and am feeling more and more confident in myself and my body every day. With the support of my incredible coach Amy and my CrossFit Cordis Family, I have seen PR after PR in the gym... not only Olympic lifts but also in body weight and gymnastic movements!

In the 3 months that I have been with WAG, I have been the healthiest and happiest version of myself in a very long time - I was able to get my first pull-ups, go unbroken during entire workouts and push my body in ways I didn't think were possible in CrossFit.

My Coach also made sure I had the tools to stay on track whilst having a once in a lifetime trip to Peru and even helped me stay fueled enough to climb the Inca Trail up to Machu Picchu - I can't thank her enough!!!

The best decision I made was taking the chance and signing up with Working Against Gravity - it truly has been an incredible experience so far and I can't wait to see where I can go next! :) #TeamWAG
