My goal was to be held accountable for my nutrition and lean out in order to optimize my Crossfit training.
Since starting the program I have lost 9 pounds.
I come from a very strong science and medical background. I have a masters in public health and have a good knowledge of nutrition, but I could never reach my goals on my own. My coach was great at giving me tips, encouragement, and accountability. Once we locked in on my macros and I began hitting my numbers consistently I saw a rapid change in my body shape. I was able to eat the foods I love and still get results. My training in the gym improved with my weight loss but I was still able to maintain my strength. I have been very impressed with the WAG program and excited to continue.
