Lose weight and understand how to fuel my body
I started this program with an overall goal to lose weight and learn how to eat. I have not only reached both goals, but have gained more than I could ever imagine. Working as a nurse and working 12 hour shifts that flip back and forth was my biggest challenge. I didn’t know how to eat. My workout capacity has increased like crazy!! I have Pr’d pretty much all of my lifts and I am getting stronger everyday. WAG has helped me gain confidence in myself that has transferred into every aspect of my life, whether it be in the gym, at work, or at social gatherings. The confidence and love I have for myself is the biggest and best change I could ever ask for. My coach Hayden has been so supportive and genuinely cares about me and my progress. Through Hayden’s guidance I have learned how to fuel my body with what works for me.
