My goal in joining WAG was to lose post-partum weight, gain muscle, learn how to eat to fuel my body, and feel like my former athlete self again and not just a mom of 3.


After having 3 kids in 3.5 years I felt like a completely different person in my post-partum body. After being an athlete for my whole life, feeling this way was not okay for me. It really messed with me mentally and emotionally and I was not able to be the best mom I could be for my girls and husband. WAG has been amazingly helpful! I love having access to a coach who helps keep me accountable and answers all my questions. Thankfully I already had a workout background, but this was definitely the missing piece for my total body transformation!
