My goal was to re-establish better eating habits, lean out and have more energy.
Started at 187 pounds and cut to a low of 168 pounds!
The program was phenomenal! Since starting the program, I have a much better grasp on how to eat for my body and my goals and have learned a ton about nutrition. My coach was not just focused on nutrition, but also on getting to know me as a person and everything going on in my life, which he was able to use to create a better coaching experience. He was great at pushing me outside of my comfort zone to make necessary changes, but was also supportive and understanding when I had setbacks. While I leaned out and lost a good bit of fat, more important to me was that I feel better, I'm performing better in the gym and I now have a good understanding of how to manage my own nutrition and lifestyle to continue making progress.
